Never too early to stop
The easiest way to quit drinking is to never start. But that’s not easy with an economic structure that encourages drinking as normal. Corporate propaganda or not, that may be changing. Almost a quarter of people under 25 don’t drink at all and won’t have to suffer the depression and anxiety it causes or the social, financial and relational dysfunction it can induce in their lives. They take a look at what drinking did to their parents and grandparents and just say “no.”—MR
