Practice makes perfect
In the below article, a survivor writes about trying to recover from cancer treatment. Walking up stairs or hoisting luggage into an aircraft overhead carrier left him out of breath. He is makes physical progress thanks to exercise, but brain fog interrupts simple cognitive tasks. He struggles with emotional regulation, becoming stressed by minor annoyances that he would have shrugged off in the past.
